Boyne Highlands Debuts Chef’s Table Dinner Series
This summer, eat at the best table in the house with Country Club of Boyne's new Chef's Table dinner series. Taking place on five summer dates, this experience blends enticing aromas and pristine vantage points while Boyne Highlands' Executive Chef Dean Grill highlights favorite dishes with local and American fare.
Each intimate event allows for only 10 guests, and lasts three to four hours. Beginning at 5 p.m., guests will enjoy cocktails on the Ross Patio with dinner to follow at 6 p.m. The five-course menu will rotate seasonally.
For the summer season, the menu starts with a shared Charcuterie board of duck sausage, prosciutto, Marcona almonds, pickled vegetable, artisanal cheese, fruit mustardo, and crostinis. The first course features a market pea soup with goat cheese and scallion oil, followed by a warm Morel salad with radishes, crispy green lentils, heirloom tomatoes, poached egg, champagne vinaigrette, and edible flower. The third course is grilled Walleye with sweet potato mash, horseradish crème, apple dill slaw, and Fresno chili puree. The fourth course features a pan-seared Wagyu Flat Iron steak with wild mushrooms, braised onion, and Burgundy demi-glace. And for a sweet cap to an amazing dinner, a flourless chocolate pistachio tart with decadent chocolate ganache and candied pistachios is for dessert.
Summer dates available include July 15; July 29; August 12; August 26 and September 16. Cost is $99 per person, which includes tax and gratuity. Beverages are additional. For tickets or more information on Chef's Table Dining Experience at Boyne Highlands, visit highlandsharborsprings.com.
