Media Visit Guidelines
The Highlands welcomes media representatives on assignment and is glad to provide any assistance that makes your job easier. To help us provide you with the best possible service, we ask that you contact us directly at least two weeks prior to your visit.

Please note, all commercial filming, video and photography, requires permission from The Highlands' PR and/or Marketing Department. No video shoots, commercial or otherwise, may take place without the express written consent of The Highlands' PR and/or Marketing department and operations staff. Filming and photo shoots will require additional approvals and certificates of insurance.

Complimentary lift tickets for up to two days may be issued to media on assignment and is subject to executive approval and availability. Unfortunately, last minute requests may not be approved. We are unable to offer complimentary lift tickets to spouses, significant others, children, or friends. The Highlands does not offer complimentary lift tickets to media on vacation. We may, however, be able to offer a limited number of discounted lift tickets for up to two days, subject to approval. Please contact us directly if you'd like to request any lift tickets before you leave on vacation (at least a week in advance); verification of employment with a media outlet may be required and other information may be required.

Depending on availability, we may be able to provide complimentary or discounted lodging for a limited time for visiting media who are on assignment. Please be sure to include the date and party information with your request.

We unfortunately are not able to host media during holiday and peak periods and have blackout dates in place.
