Start your Saturday with a rejuvenating yoga session at 8 AM on the back lawn of the Main Lodge. Soothe the mind and body in this gentle yoga flow designed to dissolve the mind's chatter while nourishing the body. This calming practice invites gentle movement, deep stretches and mindful breathing, catering to all.
Our instructor will guide you through a series of gentle yoga poses and intentional breathwork to balance the mind and body.
