Start your Saturday with a rejuvenating yoga session at 8 AM on the back lawn of the Main Lodge. Soothe the mind and body in this gentle yoga flow designed to dissolve the mind's chatter while nourishing the body. This calming practice invites gentle movement, deep stretches and mindful breathing, catering to all.

Our instructor will guide you through a series of gentle yoga poses and intentional breathwork to balance the mind and body.

Meagan is the founder of Inspiring Inner Growth LLC and a practicing Human Resource professional. A master life coach with a focus on Emotional Intelligence, a Registered Yoga Teacher, and a Reiki Master. She is known for infusing her love of breath, sound vibration, and awareness in simple, sustainable practices used to navigate the uncharted adventure of life. She attunes with energy, making every experience unique!
