Cancellation Policies
As an overnight guest or day visitor, we want to ensure you have the best experience possible. These policies enable you to change your itinerary and adjust according to your needs with either a full refund within the cancellation timeframe OR a credit voucher to be used at a later date.
Lessons, Rentals, Events, or Activity Reservations can be changed or canceled up to 3 days prior to the scheduled date for a full refund. Changes or cancellations made within 3 days, up until the day prior to the scheduled date, will result in a Credit Voucher issued for the full value of the activity cost (no fee). Same-day changes or cancellations of your activity will result in a full forfeit of your payment. If cancellations are made on behalf of the resort due to weather, we will give the guest the opportunity to reschedule within the season or issue a full refund.
Lift Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, changes or cancellations made up until the day prior to the scheduled date will result in a Credit Voucher being issued for the full value of the activity cost (no fee). Same-day cancellations of your lift tickets will result in a full forfeit of your payment.
Season Passes, and Lift Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the passholder cannot use the pass and notifies the pass office prior to the season start a credit voucher will be issued for the full cost of the pass.
Winter: November 1 through October 31
Summer: May 1 through April 30
