Cancellation Policies

As an overnight guest or day visitor, we want to ensure you have the best experience possible. These policies enable you to change your itinerary and adjust according to your needs with either a full refund within the cancellation timeframe OR a credit voucher to be used at a later date.

Lessons -Rentals - Events - Activities

Things happen; we get it! Lessons, rentals, events, or activities can be changed or canceled up to three days prior to the scheduled date for a full refund. Changes or cancellations made within three days, up until the day prior to the scheduled date, will result in a credit voucher issued for the full value of the activity cost (no fee). Same-day changes or cancellations of your activity will result in a full forfeit of your payment. If cancellations are made on behalf of the resort due to weather, we will give the guest the opportunity to reschedule within the season or issue a full refund.

Adventure Camp

Adventure Camp registrations can be changed or canceled up to twenty-one days before the scheduled date for a full refund. Changes made within the twenty-one day window or cancellations of your adventure camp registration will result in a full forfeit of your payment. 

Lift Tickets

If your plans change after pre-purchasing a lift ticket, no problem.

We stand proudly behind our lift ticket policies. Your enjoyment on the slopes is guaranteed. 

Snow Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with the snow conditions, you have within one hour of first use to return to the ticket window to receive a credit for your ticket’s value for future use.

Easy Change: Lift ticket purchases are date-specific, non-transferable, and non-refundable. However, if you cannot use your tickets on the dates you intended, you have another option. Easy Change allows us to transfer the dollar value of your purchase to a credit voucher that expires two years from the transfer date. You may pay a difference in price, but you don't lose the value of your original purchase and have the flexibility to come any other day and even use it on another activity. To make the change, you MUST give us a call at 231-526-3030 by 3 PM prior to the day your pre-purchased ticket starts, and we will put the credit value of your ticket on a voucher.

Choose the wrong date? We're happy to apply your credit to a voucher so you can make that change - we'll give you a voucher code to use online or in-person, no refunds available. 

Credit Voucher Dates:

Winter: November 1 through October 31Summer: May 1 through April 30

*Credits are valid toward the online or in-person purchase of resort activities for two years from the start of the season. Changes are not available on tickets purchased through a third party, and are non-transferable. Refunds are not issued if credits are applied toward a lower-priced ticket or are unused within two years.

Season Passes and Lift Packs

Season Passes and Lift Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.  If the passholder cannot use the pass and notifies the pass office prior to the season start a credit voucher will be issued for the full cost of the pass.
