    Please also double check hours or operation for the Adventure Center and Skier Services.

  • Upon arrival on property, all guests should check-in at the newly opened Discovery Center. It will serve as a resource for everyone staying at The Highlands and will set the stage for the remainder of their stay

  • Yes, guests an request an early check-in. When arriving on property, please stop by the Discovery Center to complete registration and payment.  We will add you to the waiting list and text/call as soon as the room is ready. 

  • Luggage can be stored and delivered to guest rooms for guests that arrived via the airport shuttle. All other guests may request storage if needed from our front desk team at the Discovery Center. 

  • Check-in is not required before an arrival round

  • The Highlands dining options vary seasonally. Check our dining page for more information.

  • We do require parking passes for all lodging guests. There are only 2 parking spots per unit. Overflow parking is available at the Day Lodge.

  • Book all adventure center activities, ski lift tickets, and rentals in advance. Save time and money by booking online.

    Some activities do sell out and you always want to make sure you have a reservation in advance of your arrival.
