Season Pass Rollover

Life happens. If a medical condition or qualifying hardship prevents you from using your season pass, we’ll help you defer the value toward next season.

A rollover converts the remaining value of your current season pass into a credit voucher you can apply toward the purchase of a season pass for the following winter season.

CircumstancesWhat QualifiesRequired Documents
MedicalAn injury, illness, or condition (including pregnancy) that prevents use of your pass for the remainder of the season. A doctor’s note is required.Doctor’s note specifying inability to ski or snowboard.
HardshipJob relocation, military deployment, death in the family, or similar qualifying circumstances. Supporting documentation is required. Job offer letter, lease agreement, obituary, deployment orders, or equivalent.

Important Dates

  • November 15
    Rollover credit requests for non-medical reasons must be submitted by this date.
  • March 1
    This is your last day to submit a rollover request for a qualified medical or hardship circumstance.
  • 365 Days
    Vouchers expire 365 days after they are issued. Any remaining balance will not be refunded.

Redeem Your Easy Change Voucher


  1. Log into your account
  2. Navigate to My Account → Profile
  3. Click the “Vouchers” link in the Quick Links
  4. Find your voucher ID code.
  5. When next season’s passes go on sale, select your pass and enter your voucher ID at checkout.

How Credit is Calculated

Used season passes are reduced by the value for a day ticket price based on the day the pass was scanned, or by the percentage of use to the dates purchased, whichever is greater.

Credit is based on the original purchase price.

Important Details

  • Rollover credits are non-transferable and valid for the original passholder only.
  • Credits can only be used to purchase a season pass for the next winter season.
  • If you use your rollover toward a lower-priced pass, no refund is issued for the difference.
  • Ikon Pass and other add-on products are not eligible for rollover. Contact Ikon Pass directly for their policies.
  • Allow up to 4 weeks for a response and 48 hours for voucher processing.
