These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. By purchasing or using any products or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
- Safety: All guests must ski and ride in a safe and responsible manner, know before you go, and review our Mountain Safety page
- Capacity Limitations: The Highlands reserves the right to limit access due to capacity constraints
- Dogs and Service Animals: All dogs must be on a leash and under the owner’s control at all times
- Many areas of the resort, including but not limited to all food and beverage outlets, are limited to trained service dogs only
- Guests with dogs perceived as bad-mannered can be asked to leave the resort property
- Dogs or service animals are not allowed on chairlifts
- Dogs or service animals are not allowed anywhere on the mountain during the winter, nor on the mountain bike trails in the summer
- Weather Closures: No refunds for inclement weather; credits may be issued for full-day lift closures
- Personal Property: Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Stow and go lockers are located in the lower level of the day lodge
- Photo/Video Policy: Resort may capture images for promotional purposes; visiting implies consent
- Drone Usage: We prohibit commercial and recreational users from operating unmanned aerial systems or drones without prior written authorization from The Highlands. For permission, please email marketing@highlandsharborsprings.com.
- Conduct: Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the property
- Right to Refuse Service: Resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone
