Ski and Bike Patrol Location
Professional patrollers are at The Highlands during all operating hours, providing guest information and emergency assistance. The Patrol room is at the Northeast corner of the Day Lodge, facing the parking lot. If you witness an accident, please notify the patrol or a lift operator.
Outside operating hours, patrol services are unavailable, and ski area buildings are closed. In case of an emergency, call 911 and know that response times could be extended.

Winter Safety
Common sense is one of the most important things to remember and practice on the slopes. The National Ski Areas Association (NSAA) believes education, helmet use, respect, and common sense are vital when cruising the mountain.

Year-Round Safety
Hiking with your pets can be fun and rewarding, and we encourage it. Learn more before bringing your furry friend. Want to fly a drone, well we do have some rules around that as well.
