- At 6:30 PM every Thursday night racing will commence and go until 8:00 PM or until every racer has gone through each course once.
- There is no starting order. All races are done on a first come first serve basis until each competitor has completed one run in each course.
- After each competitor has completed their two runs, they are welcome to practice in the course but only the first two runs will count for team totals.
- Our pacesetter will run each course once and this will be done about halfway through the race. This is done for handicapping purposes of all racers.
- No substitutions at anytime

- One participation point is awarded for each racer on a team that makes one run each night of racing with a maximum of 7 participation points for the team.
- Snowboarders WILL receive an extra ½ point extra for each night raced towards team totals. However, if you race one race with a snowboard you have to race the remainder of the season on a snowboard. This rule is in place to help out snowboarders so they can be more competitive and NOT for point gouging!!
- Point totals are calculated by using the NASTAR handicapping system. The higher the medal the more points are earned for team totals.
- Food will start to be served approximately at 7:30 PM each official race night.
- Each race night points will be calculated and results will be given via email by noon on the following Friday. Also, results will be posted online and the link will be provided at a later date. If you are interested in seeing your results or times of others you can always go to live-timing.com while the race is in progress or to nastar.com after results have been posted.
